Hot and tough ride with Neil and Casino. My legs felt like jelly on the way over to the woods. Lots of climbing on arrival, and my descending was more controlled. Some of the tracks had deep erosion channels 6" deep from the rain-storms last week.

Neil swallowed a bee and nearly threw up on the way home. Felt strong as an ox on the return leg.
